We've all seen images of families dining and laughing together. Yet how many of those soulful meals do we have during the week?

If your meals are solitary or rushed affairs, use this prayer to help you establish more satisfying dining habits.

Spend time every day picturing and feeling what an every day ideal dining experience would be like.

As that picture gets clearer in your imagination, your energy will begin to focus and align with what you deeply want.

As your energy aligns with the experiences you deeply want, and as you get clear that you deserve to have these good experiences, your own behavior will begin to change.

Your behavior will affect others in a positive and nurturing way and attract like desires.

Other than praying and holding a vision of what you want, the changes in your behavior will not be conscious. For instance, you will not be "trying" to be different or "trying" to make anyone do anything.

In fact, no feeling of effort should be involved at all.

This is something you best bring about through personal, inner work as opposed to setting rules for dinner time.

Simply spend time every day seeing yourself having a wonderful dining experience.

Do not worry if your visualizations change or become more refined through the visualization process. You will achieve clarity as you realize that one imagined scene feels better than another.

The clearer your visualizations and the more you can feel yourself having really great dining experiences in your imagination, the stronger the energy blueprint you create.

God will then move heaven and earth to turn that energy blueprint into real, daily experiences for you and those you dine with.
