Children "download" everything we speak, say and do for the first six years of their lives.

Therefore, it's important to take time to replenish our love energy each day through connection with Divine Love, our Source Energy.

Source Energy is pure love and joy. It has many names, the most common of which (in English) is God.

Whatever name we use, when we realign with our Creator we automatically, and without strain, return to being the loving beings we naturally are and were born to be.

We can then connect with what's important, laugh about trifles and love through any difficultly.

We can better appreciate the gifts that our children bring us with their new, honest and often joyful perspectives, and we can be better examples of love in action for them.

Use this prayer every day and give thanks for that little being who has entrusted his or her heart to you.

The practice will become a life blessing for you both.
