Most of us think we are our opinions and thoughts.

Yet most of our opinions and thoughts have been "handed down" to us by others.

Like hand-me-down clothes, they don't necessarily fit us when we take the time to really examine them.

To know what your true preferences are, it may be necessary to undergo some kind of purifying process.

The goal of any purifying process is to interrupt the "status quo" of our minds so we can, at least for a time, let go of preconceived ideas and align with Source or God.

When aligned with God, ideas that are truest to who you are begin to enter your mind.

Like life itself, emptying out and becoming filled with the peace and truth of God is a process.

Your process of purification may include meditation, chanting, yoga, martial arts, or some other method of quieting and clearing out the mind.

Whatever your path toward clarity, listen to this prayer daily to help you begin it.
